Carolyn Graham delivers training and workshop activity in workplace mediation and dispute resolution, conflict management and effective communication skills. As the working environment becomes more pressurised, diverse and demanding, conflict management and dispute resolution skills are becoming ever more central to the modern manager's toolkit.
A practising mediator, with over 25 years experience as a senior manager, Carolyn combines her skills in conflict resolution with her understanding and first hand experience of the work place and brings both to her work as trainer. Courses are lively, highly participative and practically focussed and she has trained across the private, public and charitable sectors

Designed to help managers nip conflict in the bud and use a mediated approach to resolving workplace conflict.
Effective Communication, Difficult Conversations (1 day)
Learn how to communicate effectively and assertively when under pressure and tackle difficult conversations with confidence
Resolving Conflict with the Customer (1/2 or 1 day)
Designed to help front facing staff deal with unhappy customers calmly, professionally and safely. Learn how to stop conflict from escalating and deliver a successful outcome for everyone.
Conflict Resolution - an introduction (1 day)
Feel more confident in tackling life's everyday niggles and learn some simple techniques to help manage potential conflict situations more positively and effectively
Conflict Mentoring
A one-to-one mentoring service for individuals wishing to develop their conflict resolution skills.

Carolyn is also able to offer lunchtime seminars and awareness raising workshops on mediation and conflict prevention and resolution.
